Coach Kelly Coach Kelly was a competitive swimmer in Quebec until the age of 13. By the age of 17years she was a fully qualified lifeguard/instructor with her Red Cross Instructors, National Lifeguard and CPR qualifications and worked as a lifeguard/instructor for four years with the City of Dorval before being hired to manage two outdoor pools that were part of an apartment complex in Lachine, Quebec. At this time Coach Kelly attained her Canadian Soccer Association Level 1 coaching qualification and she coached the U12 girls rep team for two years.In 1988 Coach Kelly received her Diploma in Education from McGill University and began teaching at Lorne Park Secondary School in Mississauga. She has taught History, English, Physical Education and is now the teacher-librarian at Lorne Park.While teaching, Coach Kelly received her Canoe Instructor card from the Peel School Board. During her time at Lorne Park Coach Kelly has coached Varsity Field Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, and is now the Alpine Ski Team Head Coach.Coach kelly has been involved with the Dolphins organization for 3 years, not only in coaching our Novice group 2 days per week she also steps in and helps with Group 1 during high performance training. In addition Coach Kelly is a board member with the Dolphins Swim Club in addition helps with the catering the food at our hosted swim competitions including Team championships.Elaine KellyTeacher-LibrarianLorne Park Secondary School
