Biography
Sinead will be representing Canada at the Junior Pan Pacfics Champions in January 2009 in Guam.
She will be swimming 100-200 back- 100 200 free-200 IM
In 2008 Sinead set 5 National records in the 13/14 age group in 100 and 200 Back stroke, 200 IM. Sinead broke the oldest record in Canada which was 32 years old. 100 back stroke long course 1.02.66
She also set 9 Ontario age group records in the same age group during 2008
Presently Sinead is 15 years of age sets Ontario record in the 100 backstroke 59.67 short course meters.
Sinead Russell 14 years old has represented Canada Youth National Team in Europe Geneva, Luxemburg in 2008.
Sinead has qualified for 10 events for Olympic Trails in Montreal 2008 in her bid for Beijing China in 2008.
Her specialty back stroke and IM.
She is presently attending High school.
